Right absoloute ball ache here trying to get a linkage stabilizer arm to fit.
soo instead of cutting and welding in 1000 places
i just cut it off close to the gear stick holder leaving me just enough room to bolt through the floor lol
Problem
- maybe a bit to solid however i could insert a rubber bush between that and the floor panel?

any other problems??????

is this a decent idea HELP ME PLEASE!

BLUE- where i cut it
RED - The bolt through linkage and through floor
GREEN- Rubber bush against the under side of the car

because the whole stabilizer is the wrong shape and length for my eg. I have shortened my actual gearbox linkage to fit good but the stabilizer bar is just completely wrong. im in the middle of a b16a jdm swap. Sooooo Decent idea?

Thanks for the replys

well i have ground it down already lol it will do the same job, all it does is hold the gearstick mount in place. all i want is it working and driving. i shouldnt imagine there to be any problems or difference tbh???

Why don't you get the correct gear linkage for the swap??

Because I didn't think I would have to. But yeah I give in,dc2 linkage here we come

unless your motor is from a civic del sol or is a single cam motor otherwise it should fit straight up without modifications
