Keeping the A/C?

I have a D14 EJ9 at the moment, and it has A/C already, but I am going to do a B16 conversion soon, I want to know if you can keep the A/C unit whilst fitting the B series engine in, or are the A/C units which come in the B16s different? I know you have to change the pipes to a B series one.

change the compressor and the pipes attatched to it to B series.
