k20a2 questions

Hello guys I need some advice and tips. I need an engine swap and I was thinking of a bl8c but someone just offered me a good deal on a k20a2 traney engine Ecuador wiring and all the fixing, he had it in his crx, it only has 30,000 miles he's willing to help with installion and tools he's willing to give me the whole car or just parts which ever I choose for $2,000. Now before I make a purchase I wanted to ask some pros from this site if this is a good deal, and if there's anything I needed to know before making the purchase. Thanx any help is appreciated.
 
That's a mega deal if your getting everything you need :nice:

What car do you have? Is the K20 installed in CRX del sol or Just a CRX?
 
Your going need different mounts and loom!

You will be able to sell the old Kswap parts to fund the new ones though ;)
 
Thats a good deal considering everything is in working order right.
Im guessing for that price it doesn't come with Kpro ?
Make sure the motor is indeed A2
MAke sure it has the vin numbers
Make sure the Tranny is 6sp
 
Yup everything is in working order and has the vin numbers with receipts, so I cant use the crx mounts and you guys know what kinda brand mounts are recomended? I just saw the engine today its beautifully the oil is gold he said its been sitting for less than a year, would I need a jumper harness for the ecu?he's including all wiring harness Ecuador even rsx dash if I want it, but I want the simplest fastest swap possible
