K20 Turbo Jordan

:nono: I love talking to people about their projects!, Stuff like this I find very interesting because of the details put into the project/build.

X2 im exactly the same.. I will talk to people for hours about their project obviously if it really interests me of course.

x3 Projects rule! They become a major part of your life. It's like all the money you make goes into them as does your time and interest. I think i may post up my mini project iv got going on atm (sorry its an EG). Will i think you are right about them getting it running correct etc but i know who i want to map my car still ha ha. Sorry about the delay unexpected problems. Im still wanting it done though as soon as i get the engine back in (hopefully at the weekend) and ran in....

When I was passing I heard a conversation like this:

'Hey is that K20?'

'Yeah'

'Turbo too?'

'Well it does not say K20 TBO on the plate for nothing'

Seemed rude, so never bothered.

i saw this at j.a.e last year and had a quick chat with the guy. the car is stunning technical wise. he bought the car with that body kit on it and has only concentrated on performance side rather than cosmetic side. for those who guessed how much money has gone into this its tripple what u thought he spent a wopping 70,000 quid on it  . he estimated the power it will be putting down as it wernt fully mapped and sorted when we spoke but when fully finished it will be close to 600 whp   :drive:

70K!!!! that is a LOT of money i imadgen most of it must be for labour. A good friend of mine is building a K20 Turbo on his drive and it doesnt stand him anywhere near that. Theres still hope for the average Joe's ha ha

Cheers m8. Yer it did well for what it was (13.7):win: and it was damp. I still think it would have done 13.5 as it was though, the biggest let down was me tbh. Aiming for low 13's when its back out. N/A IS THE WAY!:drive:

£70,000 on a turbo civic seems a lot but think of £32,000 spent on a saxo vts?? id rather spend all that money on something decent, at least the k20 has a vtec, lol. still a nice car but shame it was owned by a chav, hopefully he will find his way on here and get it back to OEM
