Just received my dc2 intake, 1 problem

Received it today however i didnt get the intake pipe from throttle body to box, and i know that the integra box is 3" ..... i thought the sir2 jdm b16a would fit? if not i may have to put my feelers out in the wanted section...

you mite be able to fit the b16 one on there,have a go at it altho mite take some grease to slide it on prob be pretty tight
 
youll need dc2 rubber arm, the black plastic pipe in resonator box also fits, you need to smash up resonator to get just black pipe out, couple bolts at top to secure it and sit perfectly in wheel arch

Received the DC2 intake arm and all resonator boxes etc. Yeah iceman got the exact same setup as you on that pic. Thanks mate

Yes, idles better, sounds healthy (not to loud not to quiet), the vtec kick isnt as noticiable but pulls better and a hell of a lot more responsive
I also made a lil bracket to help hold the pipe in place shall get pics up soon :)
*yes i know the pipe looks completly dodgy lol i will cut the end piece off thats doing nothing

Is this the new poor mans intake mod?

I'd love a Mugen / Mugen rip-off but they are still costing crazy money :(

the poor mans intake mod is a cone filter with 2n1/2" ali tube to intake arm lol

This has good gains in just about all ways,no heatsoak,cheapish for around £70-£100 and looks nice and clean

ooo also gives a very nice tone in vtec :)
 
ive just got a dc2 pipe for £20 on ebay, look on there.
