That's not entirely true.

The primaries have always been stainless. The downpipe on the other hand was mildsteel at some point. They later revised this to stainless.

Whoever made it for them before probably won the contract and began producing them for Spoon as well as Vision.

Interesting stuff! Although most Vision stuff is exact replica's of Spoon :)

Any way to tell the difference between mild steel and stainless steel to the naked eye?
 
Sorry but my English is not very fluid ... lol Supersprint has nothing to do with the issue.
