Japserviceparts.com - Parts Not Arrived


That explanation is rubbish Civboy, it doesn't give him just cause to just ignore people's emails and totally wash his hands of the situation.

If any of the 'scammed' customers commit to legal action then I'm sure Ramesh would be just as culpable as his ex-partners since he owns the domain name and was previously involved with them and continues to have some 'limited' access to the site. He'd certainly have to give a far better explanation once the boys-in-blue come rolling in.

I wouldn't want to buy from a site whom's owner was affiliated and worked with theives (which is what they are) on a previous website anyway. Birds of a feather flock together and all that....

^^^^ why do people not listen?

i forwarded a site at the start of this thread which offers great prices and service,and will also order in parts not listed.

saying that you will prob recieve items so the site looks to be doing good,too many complaints to even consider me giving them my money .

hope all concerned get parts/refund soon :nice:

D'janiero, when you paid did you pay via credit card via paypal ? if so shoot me text mate, its only way you can realistically get money back
 
just to add to this thread i orderd a few parts from these guys before i found this topic and im still waiting for the bits to arrive so im not keeping my hopes up.

Hey bro. I paid through debit card via paypal. I remember from my days of working in the bank that when things are purchased on credit cards, your covered for when stuff like this happens.
I opened a dispute on paypal, so fingers crossed I'll get all if not some of my cash back.

Ramesh actually posted up on the dc2 forum on Monday, and asked for those that had'nt received anything (who had ordered through japserviceparts) to email him or pm him. I did so again, but am yet to get a response:angry2:

Ramesh sent me pm on civiclife asking if i want the items re sent or full refund. I couldn't really make my mind up but then i just thought might aswell take a refund which has been sent by email. I still got to chase the £43 from the old site tho:(( If you are civiclife mate pm him again.... i thought he had pm'd everyone else like me.....

Yeah thanks. Dont worry you should be ok once he gets your pm for a refund and he will send it soon after.
I still really need a cambelt kit, had a look on autodynamics but the shipping is too much. Only other hope left is derek (simauto)....
 
well just to let you all know i have now actually recieved the goods i orderd from these guys.hope the rest of you get things sorted.
 
Glad someone received their parts mate. Did you order from oemjapparts or the japserviceparts site?

Also how long ago did you order your stuff?
