Half way to these monkeys to buy some wheels and they message me to say they've sold them to someone else.
Great way to do business...
 
They are stopping buisness soon, stopped getting hondas in they told me so i wouldnt expect any loyalty right now they are clearing out stock to close.
 
Expected them to close far earlier tbh, never was a fan of their website nor their service, I only ever bought one item of them.
 
If this is the Telford guys then I'm not surprised they're closing. They want near new prices for parts.
 
id be raging if someone sold a item to someone else after being promised it.

i bought my brake setup from them about 4 years ago, still working great and good service

how come they are stopping trading?
 
I remember them from when they first started - used to go down there a lot and they have saved my ass a few times but this was a fair few years ago. Why are they closing?
 
last time i enquired about a part a few weeks ago they were saying they weren't getting any more ek9's in, no mention of closing up tho
 
They were expensive on parts and there site wasn't great but I never bought off them so can't comment on service not surprised tho
 
Yeh, same happened me with a set coilovers. Helped me out with other parts and postage as compensation which I was happy with to be fair.
 
I found them very good to me.
They took the item to Japfest so i could make a local collection.
They even sent me newly taken, detailed photos of the item prior to sale.

Did they know you were on your way to collect?
That sounds very unprofessional, I'm sure there was some misunderstanding.
Can you tell the whole story?
 
They are far too pricy but know they can be seeing as there aren't many breakers about bought a wing from them ages ago looked ol till i fitted it had been flattened so had to go up there, id never trust anything in the post from them! Always go up in person, they are in Crawley near gatwick
