Here are some information about our Dixcel products.

DIXCEL has been established as a motor sport company since day one.
The purpose is not only business but to create high performance and quality products, seeking only records and results. DIXCEL integrates all automotive engineering, DIXCEL uses unique data obtained from extreme situations, and these include, wear and tear, temperature data and the drivers’ candid feelings, which cannot be calculated by the Dyno tester.

Dixcel is also the only company use the off the shelf product in the Japanese GT and 24 hours race. So the FCR series you can buy are actually the exact same compound they use in Japanese GT race.


Plain disk -

-high performance OEM replacement

- All disk balanced by computer when leave the manufacotry so it can prevent vibation at high speed braking

Slot disk -

- For higher brake performance
- Weekend circuit racing or fast road use

-By using 6 slotted disk To reduce sqeeking, increase performance friction and release gas between the brake pad and the disk. The slot and the depth of the slot are developeted under our R&D.
- The design for the slot can help to clean the surface of the pad and also increase the brake performance, increase initial brake performance and have great pedal feeling
- To get the best performance please use reverse slot direction.
- our company have special designed the position of the slot to prevent vibration under high speed braking.

FCR Carbon series -

This is the exact same disk we use on our 2007 Timeattack Champion car and also the Japanese Group N 24 hours champion 350Z.

- Using high carbon material to prevent expansion/distortion of the disk, for endurance performance.
- heat treated, to help maintain performance stability.
- Special heat treated and anti rust paint applied on every disk
- Improved based material, increase long term performance
- Work well with Slick or Semi slick
- soft disk compound to increse initial bite, improve initial brake performance.
- 20% more FC Carbon material added to the disk
- Also mix with copper, nickel and other special additive
*FCR brake disk is only available for the front

R01 -

The R01 type is made mainly from Aramid fiber and Graphite, which is put under high-pressure, high temperature and high density like the sintered alloy. It can keep giving high stability to the driver at high temperature and the quick build-up of friction co-efficiency at low temperature is far superior to any other existing racing materials.

Material - High Density Graphite (carbon) fibre and Aramid*
suitable for - Group N, Tarmat rally, track day, Timeattack, extreme racing
Working temperature - 200-900 degree
Specail material desige for the highest level one make japanese race
In N1 race, all the race car only allow limited modification. So the main different between the car are the brake pad.
Ultra stopping power, for serious driver.

By using Graphite and Aramid fibre, this can give high braking power and high heat resistace
After hundreds of laps, it will perform exact same as the fisrt lap.
Good heat control, so it won't damage the caliper and the brake components.

*Aramid fibers are a class of heat-resistant and strong synthetic fibers. They are used in aerospace and military applications, for ballistic rated body armor fabric, and as an asbestos substitute. The name is a shortened form of "aromatic polyamide". They are fibers in which the chain molecules are highly oriented along the fiber axis, so the strength of the chemical bond can be exploited.

Aramid Fiber Characteristics -

No melting point
Low flammability
Good fabric integrity at elevated temperatures
Para-aramid fibers, which have a slightly different molecular structure, also provide outstanding strength-to-weight properties, high tenacity and high modulus.

With this new material, it can help the pad to stay even cooler than any other material in the world.

Even the R01 state the working temperature from 200-900 degree, but myself use it on my road car and race car. They work great from cold, it still gives better brake performance than OEM when its dead cold but the pad will transform to something else after 200 degree.

So this is absolutely fine to use on the road as well.

Note - R01 pad can only use with FCR plain disk.

They have covered 99% of car and aftermarket caliper in the world. So no matter what size you have they will have it in or custom made it for you.

For regular track day user, you should use with FCR Front and normal SD rear with Type Z pad all round.

For racing use - please use our FCR plain disk with R01 Carbon racing pad.

All our Dixcel products comes with NO FADE guarantee, if you managed to get them fade on the track you will get a Free replacement.*

*only apply to the power up to 350whp.

We have now Stock EK9 Front and rear normal slot and plain disk and also FCR Carbon Front Plain or slot disk.

Type Z pad front and rear always in stock and we have a few Front R01 pad left.

We don't have any USA dealer yet.

Yes we have anything for Evo 1-10 and any Sti. Dixcel covered 99% of car in the market.
 
Yes only if you have bell type disk, we only sell the disk we don't sell the bell.
 
Got dixcel pads all round and i must say; they stop you very very quickly with little dust too which is a bonus :nice:
