As said you really need to think of getting the car ready to turbo before doing it, i done these before going ball deep:
Custom Altered Buddyclub Spec 2
CC Stage 2 Extreme Clutch
CC Ultralight Flywheel
282mm MB6 brake conversion
Braided Lines
EK9 disks and pads
Avid Engine mounts
Coilovers
Rubber - Toyo R1-R's
Polybush
Change all fluids and gaskets (where required)
THEN onto the turbo kit:
Full Race-tech kit
TD05 Turbo
Intercooler
Manifold
Injectors
Fuel pump
Management
Loom Harness
Downpipe
Decat
THEN so far after it:
Oil pressure gauge
Oil Temp Gauge
Water Temp Gauge
Boost Gauge
AFR Gauge
Fitting (oil system alterations)
Future:
Oil cooler with thermo sandwich plate
LSD Gearbox
Uprated drive shafts
I COULD GO ON AND ON!!
As you can see it starts off with a good idea to bolt on a turbo then it just gets out of control! You have to be prepared to keep going, if not just look at a bigger engined car
IMO you need to get a bigger engine before it warrants a turbo, and defo make sure the car is ready before doing it. Again i must stress IMO!!
If you want to take a punt at it, go for it! just make sure you have extra budget for replacing engine if it goes and keep all standard parts so you can go back to stock!
Either way, ENJOY IT!!
