If you had £10k to spend, what car would you get?

My suggestion will be a Swift Sport.. Can get a 2008ish one with low mileage and should only cost around 6-7K.. can't go wrong. If they're not fast enough, get a supercharger from Rotrex which costs around 3K then you'll have a beast of a machine. Just my opinions though as I'm looking to get a swift sport :)

Oh, and insurance for swift sports aren't too expensive as well.

BMW e46 m3, ford focus RS , 350z , k20 ek9 , nice S2000 , silvia , theres alot off very nice cars you can get with that amount off money, but i didn't think about insurance with these cars , personally i wouldn't dare spend 10k on a car , unless i have money coming out my ears

Get a corolla twin cam, ae86, 82, 92, they're good on fuel, about 4k+ for a good one

not that expensive to run tbh - inspection 2 services are pricey, but otherwise it is just a N/A rwd car! cheaper to run than an evo / skyline etc

even driving like a dick i can average out at 20mpg in the M3, would be looking at half that in some sort of turbo AWD beast

you are not driving like a big enough dick lol 9mpg for my mates e46 m3. 20mpg is not driving like a dick

A bolt on Rotrex supercharger will get you to stage 2 which is around 170hp mark.
Will still need to upgrade fuel system but in doing so will get closer to 200hp after a map.
Few of my fellow swift folks have s/c with either Rotrex or Greddy... one is running 235hp atm and i think he's looking to upgrade the charger for larger one.

There's also a few turbo kits as well but same idea, bolt on gets you to around 170hp before upgrading fuel system.

Swift's are like b series engines really, need to spend a fair bit to get some sorta power back. Cheaper option could be stroke it and run throttle bodies :)
