Ideal Fuel Pressure

I'm just curious as to what the ideal fuel pressure would be for a '99 civic ex (d16y8). I'm running an AEM fuel rail and an AEM fuel pressure regulator.

Stock, around 43 psi

43.5psi is Stock for just about All the Japanese cars IIRC.

Tune it correctly by the ECU fuel Maps, not upping pressure @ the Regulator. It works, but now your MPG goes down because of it.
