IAT Sensor wiring problem

here's the story, i went to plug my iat sensor in today, but the plug on my loom is round and has black and yellow + black and blue wires running from it , the IAT sensor that i have is rectangular type but the wires from that are green and black + red and yellow . im going to join the wires but i dont know what one to join to what ?

im on about the sensor that goes into my intake pipe btw ..


i know that the yellow and red wire from the plug goes to the ecu , but i dont know what wire on my loom to connect this too?.


help would be greatly appreciated as im needing to get my car running and get rid of CEL's.

I tried to convert, rectangle type IAT sensor to a round type but which ever way I connected the wires I got a CEL!!!!

I'm interested to know the outcome
