How to tune up tein SS coilovers...

Hi people...i've instaled some tein super street coilovers in my ek4 ferio and I want to know if someone else have the same coilovers in a ek4 or a ek9 and how to tune it up...Thanks...:)
 
I think StevenEK9 is your man for this one - seen a lot of impressive suspension work in his threads! Hopefully he'll be along to help soon...

When i had them on my EK9 i had the fronts wound right down and the rears about 15mm of thread showing, damping 4 clicks back from full

Car sat pretty level all round, found that when i had the rear a bit higher, with the softer spring rates they have the back end pitched a bit high in corners, much more planted with it level all round

then get the wheel alignment done as the front/rear toe will be way out....

i'd reccomend half a degree toe out on the back and 0 toe on the front
