Hi EK9.org peeps... As we all know the Honda access mats are now very hard to come-by. ...and most of them look dull and tired.... BUT YOU CAN CHANGE THAT... and its EASY!

...without too much effort!

So here we have my interior mats...

drivers mat on its own...

and heres Sandwiches off the forum.

and drivers

STEP 1
VAC the mats, really well! get all the loose dirt off of them.

STEP 2
Buy or borrow a carpet-spot washer like a VAX for example and sspray the solution on them then vax it off. And on stubborn marks, use the brush on the end of the spot washer to work it out of the fabric along with more spray of the solution

STEP 3
Hand somwhere to dry out! :nice:

Its really that simple!

heres Sandwiches after washing his with the machine...

Sandwiches clean ones in the foreground and my dirty ones (only Vac'd) in the background... quite a difference!

Yet thats Sandwiches hiding in behind the bush! :D

Sandwiches washed Drivers carpet compared to my dirty carpet

Now clean water goes into one tank on the VAx and the crud collects into the other. Heres what came out of Tims (sandwiches) carpets....

Herer is what came out of my own mats....

tkaes about 20+mins per mat to get it real fresh looking

Tims mats bckin their place...

My floor :D

Hi
I use a power jet wash to get out all the loose dirt:nice:, then use the cleaner solution.
