Hood Insulator

Hello guys.

I am looking to get the insulator that's found under the hood of some EK civic depending on where you're from. i know they are on some UK models. if anyone from the US could source one for me i would appreciate it. A part number would be helpful as well. Thanks guys

It's from HONDA ACCESS JAPAN. I can buy them from my local Honda stockist in Malaysia but it will cost an arm to ship over to US.
