Looking good dude, a lot of hard work gone into this project so far, keep it up :nice:

mate, i hope you got that car for a good price, cause it is rotten!!

fantastic work so far getting it sorted, specially knowing how **** and thin honda metal is for welding.

keep it up!!

Couple parts arrived, ordered new Mishimoto Rad and some Toyo proxys t1r's for now.

Waiting for this guy to come and collect my polo and then i will 100% get these Lca's, adjustable camber arms, coilovers & anti roll bar.

good effort taking this one on board..

Looked to be in a bit of a state.. i hope you didn't pay much for it ?

Looks good now though :)

Damn, wouldn't it be better and EASIER, just to buy another hatchback? :?

whats with all the wires straped to the LCA's? the car must of been sitting in an acid bath for ten years too. I hope you get it all sorted though, very few good eg's left.

Not a clue man, was already like that when i bought it, been working everyday and not had much chance to do stuff with the car which is why there isn't many updates ;(

Sick project mate, sounds like you have a good attitude.

Get the rust sorted and underseal that bitch.

Read this and dont waste your money on camber arms! (unless you are fine tunning for track!)

No, you DO NOT need camber kits!!!!!!!! - Honda-Tech

SWEET info! i am hoping to use this for track but also on the road, so maybe camber kits can go out the window for a bit :p. My brother keeps telling me to get rust done also, so hard as im always working though ;( thinking of getting it done by someone but i would like to do it myself :/

Damn rusty EG's lol, Brilliant work on the lower arches and sills mate, Nice to see someone taking the rust on rather than just scrapping and getting another shell. Plus if you fix it yourself and fix it properly you have more peace of mind because you know what's behind the fresh metal, Keep up the good work mate i shall be keeping an eye on this project :)

Just received my j's racing whale p****. I shall give it a good clean and see what it sounds like! :D. Have a steering wheel and boss kit coming today so can't wait for that!

Also today im getting my new lower ball joints fitted, as the ones on are incredibly knackered!!!

Fair play for tackling this head on mate! Most would shy away from the problem and get rid.

Indeed, its not too bad, just main concern is rust and getting it sorted, and bushes ^^

looking good now fair play, what does the j`sracing intake sound like might get one?

Its made it sound a lot deeper! Nice noise to it! :D Easy to fit also. Defo thumbs up for the thing :)

Just replaced the petrol tank with a brand new one and also replaced the fuel lines. VERY costly!! :( NOW FOR SALE :( Reason being is the car is just not suitable for my job as i tend to go down London etc.
