I thought these were going to be banned soon due to changes in MOT regualtions?????
done well with this chap
i think the law states a car can only have H.I.D lights or xenons if it came with them from the factory or has a self leveling system...as the reflectors in the headlights will be set up for them...
my advice would be get a kit that doesn't have HI/LO beam as this means you can turn your xenon's off and use the xenon's for "OFF ROAD USE"
In fact if you go for 4300k that is the most light you will get... something like
3200 lumens where as the 6000k only has 2800 lumens

Slightly off topic my Push bike light pumps out 1100 lumen
i did want a HID kit for the 9 but she's gotta be fixed and drivable first,
Cheers Gav
Got quite a few people buying them! I will keep you guys updated on the thread
You can't turn off a single beam, that just means when you want to flash someone or put it on full beam, it will be the original yellow/white colour.
The xenons are only "legal" if they are projector lights. I see people everyday with HID's, to me they aren't illegal as such, they "frowned upon".
I know u weren't putting them down mate, don't worrywasn't trying to put them down i just thought i would share my info with others as i don't want anyone else to get pulled over and fined for them...
£60. thats only reason i know mate..
also flashing in the highway code is frowned upon...again i have first hand experince of this as recently someone flashed someone to let them out and that person then broadsided my car, and the insurance went my way as i pulled up the highway code..
wander how many people have projector lights ? wouldn't mind seeing the difference in the beam to oem lights.
as said though mate not trying to put them down at all, jsut thought i'd help others.
