hi evry1, im new to this site, had a few civics and othr japanese cars, im a panel beater/ painter and have a very good knowledge of cars, if i can help any1 i gladly will and hopefully people can halp

hey m8, i have a few cars lol, currently my rs2000, retro lol, as my coupe will be getting started tomorow, i bought an aerodeck b18c4, un abused, i only want the engine and loom, i resprayd the car last year inside and out, and had a b16a engine for it but i like power :)

so if any1 needs aerodeck parts give me a shout. i get alot of civics thro a freind, i run my own garage so next week its all for the coupe :)

so far ive put pics up of my old ek4, but got a few of the coupe, but hopefully all goes 2 plan nxt week :)

Having a look at the respray pics, did you just fill and high build the areas with dents or did you prime and flat all of it before paint?
 
hi m8, i electric ground the dents and filld with filler, once flat 2 a high standard a larger area is flattend ready for 2k high primer, once baked i flatend the car and repairs with a rubbing block so ther was no rippls or imperfections

whole car was rubbd with 800 wet paper then over again with 1200 grit wet paper

masked then hit with a jet black paint in 2k, car didnt even hav 2 b polishd at all :)

its a long process but worth it

good question m8, i was at work wen i found out as i was reading the edinburgh evening news, then i seen tht pic in the paper, at the bilston side of penycuik they built a massive new roundabout, he was traveling 2 fast and leatherd the curb snd the car rolld 4 tyms, i was gutted lol... those speedline wheels went to waste lol
 
Oh ok so did you sell the car and the new owner did that.. What a way to hear about it lol, reading the paper and seing that photo must have been horrible.
 
he had the car 6 days, i sold it on the sun n on the sat i saw that lol, a power of work gone to waste :(

but to me its a hobbie, i restore all sorts of cars, so my coupe will look awsome on completion... i hope haha
 
:) its painted inside and out with silver footwells, alot of stuf goin candy colors inside and outside jet black with the windows, a working progress ;)
