Help!! Rods are barely moving..

Hi
I needed advise if I need to replace my ipiston and rods
. Recently I had a spun bearing on my b18c so I needed to replace my crankshaft by taking out the block ..
But now another problem came up . The rods that connect to the pistons
Are really tight and stiff ... And I was told it supposed to be really smooth .. Has anyone come across this situation before or anything u think it might be? help!!!!!

But I already it a gsr crank for cheap 150 and the rod / main bearigs

sounds like the whole crank tried to seize ?

take sump off, take conrod caps off and look at the bearings, should be smooth with no significant marks

you will prob need crank grind, con rod bearings, main bearings, and then find the reason it seized !

Hence why tama said it'll be cheaper to buy a new engine
