hi there will 215/45/17" wheels and tyres fit on my ek9 with out scrubing ?????
:thanks:
need to know asap please i have coilovers to ajust high so can higher and lower the car

stick with the 15s....thats the way the EK9 was designed...17s will slow your 0-60 (very slightly) make the ride more uncofortable and alter the handling slightly.

as for rubbing..i have always found it a hit and miss thing. one car running the same wheels can be fine and another car not.

tire size is important, but offset is VITAL!

ive also come to learn over the years that tire size will vary based on company, for example a nitto 205/50/15 maybe wider than a hankook 205/50/15 or vice versa.

215/45-17 is large. I think it will cause problems. 205/40-17 would work perfectly, and I think 215/40-17 would fit but its cutting it close. And of course you have to have a good offset.

Do you think 215/45/R16 will fit perfectly as well?

again it will be close unless the offset is perfect.

16s will also probably cost you more than 17s when it comes to tyres. stick with 15s ;) JDM look and feel and cheap prices :D
