Not quite an EK9, but just acquired a 'teg which will be getting sheltered until the worst of the winter is away.

It's a JDM '98 spec DC2 in white with black Recaros (my fave combo!). It's also got the following on it;

DBA4000 6x6 Slotted Front Discs
Carbotech XP8 Front Pads
Ferodo DS2500 Rear Pads
HEL Braided Brake Lines (white)
Cool Blue Brake Fluid & Clutch Fluid
Toda Coilovers
Spoon Sports Front Strut Brace
Spoon Sports Carbon Plug Cover
Spoon Sports Drop in Panel Filter

It's immaculate, having been imported last year and covered 111000kms!

Already bought the following to keep me busy over the winter months;
From Tegiwa;
Tilt Plate Bracket
Takata Lanyard
Radiator Cooling Plate
Vtec Solenoid Cover
Brake Master Cylinder Stopper
Rocker Cam Cover Dome Nuts
Cam Seal Cap
Dress Up Washers/Bolts
Battery Tie
Tie Bar Fitting Kit
Oil Cap
Rad Stays
Rocker Cover Washers
Engine/Gearbox Magnetic Sump Plugs
Inlet Mani Stud Kit

Elsewhere;
Spoon Reservoir Socks (pack of 2)
Grounding Kit
TRS Strap Tow
Honda Jazz Mist Washer Jets
Bonnet Dampers

Oh, and here's it! (import plate going back on when I pick it up)

Cheers! Still gotta pick the thing up! Excited is an understatement!

Thanks all! Looking forward to picking it up and getting it home. Will get some decent snaps too if the weather stays mild!

A box of bits arrived today!

Cheers! I remember you from a 'tas meet in like '09 haha. I was there with Vito, had a camera! You used to have some red beastie?

Welcome to the forum! The dc2 looks great and some nice parts you got there for it :)

Seen this for sale on the dc2 forum very clean example mate stunning :nice:

Thanks all! Skiing tomorrow, but will hopefully pick it up Thurs. Plan is to get it home and washed down, then get the recaros into the house (bolster repair due), and cover it up!

Great idea don't want the nasty salt getting a hold of it!! Lol post pics in members ride and start a build thread once you get it home :nice:

Definitely not! Fresh underseal as of the weekend though, and it's been sitting in the workshop since :D And it's been raining! Have to take the opportunity before the gritters are back on patrol! Definitely! Probably not gonna start putting bits on until after Christmas, gonna paint my rocker and calipers at some point first!

Looks good mate so jealous! Might so you around Aberdeen i drive a Jordan and out in Aberdeen most weekends!

Haha well it was a stroke of luck I got it - got a miracle insurance quote of £1350 (I'm only 20), with the next best being about £3200, so I jumped at it!
I always flash the modded civics going about, but my winter is currently a blue MB3 Civic. EK9 style grille though, so easy spot!
Cannot wait for the weather to turn and to get this thing on the go!
