Lol this is so common, i have had this problem myself in the past to....
Ideally you need to make sure both surfaces are flat as they both are alloy and both can warp. If you can't be bothered to go through the sweat, blood and tears of taking the block out then use a smear of Hondabond around the oil gallerys on both the head, block and cover the head gasket in copper spray. This might sound a bit crazy and theres probably loads of people that disagree with this but it has worked for us in the past with no problems what so ever.
I would still recommend that you mill the head though and use a new head gasket. Also if you don't mind spending the cash replace those head studs.
P.S. I should of said this first but check all seals before you take the head off again.
