Questions -

What kit do i select for my EK9?
Civic 95-01 VTi

What colour is best?
Black is the preferred bush in my opinion. As i've found red ones have a tendency to squeak.

What is the difference between the Energy Suspension® red and black polyurethane components?

Both are our Energy's HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane formulations. Energy has impregnated selected black polyurethane components with graphite to add a lubrication property. Additionally, both Energy Suspension® red and black polyurethane components are engineered differently than OEM rubber components to be free a floating and non-binding design. This allows for the additional durometer (firmness) of the components, which adds to the performance improvement of the vehicle overall. Through its 25 years of design and formulation of polyurethane, Energy's polyurethane components are the best on the market today.

works out to £117 including postage. :nice: should arrive just as my car is off the road for the winter!

edit: probably around £112 for all you mainlanders!

I've done them at home before. It just takes some elbow grease.

But its much much easier with a ramp and a press. I'd advise a garage to fit them really, unless your pretty good with working on cars.

WOW Thats a bargin shame i paid £120 for mine

Can you do the rear LCA bushes on their own...im after a set for racing only.
Can you let me know please....
Cheers.

I would be tempted too, as mine are all on the way out I think... currently stock rubber bushings everywhere, what about comfort sacrify using this stuff VS OEM replacement ones? Minimal, noticeable, or its something you feel in trough every corner making every chip hole on the road surface more readable?

Considering about if its good step, want to keep car as soft as possible(closest to stock as possible) due to my lil newborn on the way! :)
