If u want to burn fat Ull need to train like a mofo! Clean diet, high in protein low in carbs. Eat carbs early in the day. I use phd diet whey. Has everything in it to aid in fat loss also plenty of protein to pump the guns. I used t3s for cutting up in summer. Good stuff but expensive. Plus it won't happen over night. Easy to drop weight but fat is stubborn and hard to shift. Clean eating and plenty of trainning and supplements Ull be grand. the phd is gd but for cutting id advise reflex isolate whey its a leaner protein,as u said its hard work,the main thing is diet doesnt matter how hard u train a bad diet will always out do it
