Guys ... what's a Civic 1.6 ES?

Hey I know its a stupid question but it got me thinking.
Saw this 1.6 es model??

What is it exactly?
Has a b16a2 in it right or am I going wrong?
And are they any good as in ... for 1.6l petrol engines cus thats what I'm after?

I think the 1.6 ES are from a 5 dr Civic with a SOHC 1.6, around 115bhp, a D16?. Found that info are looking on google, it may be incorrect though.

yeah pretty much so i wouldnt bother, keep that ej9 you have (if thats what you have judging from your pic )

Its a 1999 model in yellow. Hehe ahhh silly sohc's get me all hyped up!!! Yeah the ej9 is what I have ATM hehe love it ^^ want a b16a2 but since my best mate got one and can't stand mine without Vtec anymore =p

If not mistaken Civic ES model coming with 1.7 & 2.0 sohc engine. Not sure if u talking about the same model, bcoz asia market for Civic ES is after last model of EK's

Yeah mate im sure its just a D16 SOHC you be much better keepin your EJ9 and saving for your B16
