Hey guys ! My name is Gabriel and i'm from Quebec province, Canada. i've passed hours on this forum but never posted something. By the way my main language is french so sorry if i make couple of mistakes or spelling errors. I presently own a 2000 civic hatchback. Engine is a d16y7 SOHC non-Vtec ( 2 slow :p ). Color is silver and its still stock. Here in Canada we have a lot of snow and our cars get covered of rust. mine is still clean but ill need to do something to prevent the rust. Here in Canada you got theses models of civic

CX - base model ( no power steering, no A/C, nothing electric ) - D16Y7
DX - base model ( with power steering, with A/C and nothing electric )- D16Y7
Si - Sport ( sunroof, all electric, everything from the DX ) - D16Y8 ( Vtec )
Si-R - Si model with B16a motor.

Here we have no type-R. Never saw a Championship white civic cause we don't have this color.

I used to Own a civic 1997 hatchback with a Ls/Vtec spec R
B16a2 Head on B18a base. Type-R pistons.

I hope to learn a couple of things from you guys as i don't know everything. before these 2 honda i used to have 2 volks. But now, Honda is my life. I'll post pictures for you guys tonight.

Hi welcome! Sounds like you got a tough time with the weather there. Even worse than Ireland with all our rain
 
From november until March. we can get -40 degrees Celcius and in the summer we can reach 30 degrees C.
 
man im from toronto and we havent gotten a single snow flake yet although its suppose to snow tomorow but yea u guys got hit hard from the looks of it even houston texas is getting snow now
 
i used to live in tdot (toronto), too. and yeah my parents went up there a few days ago and said it hasn't snowed -- weird.

welcome to the forum! got any build plans for your 00' hatch?
 
The pictures are from last year, sorry i didnt specify. For my hatch, I'm saving for a ITR block. But where i'm working they don't give me much hours cause its dead.
