Bless up to all the ek9.org users

i have been a stalker reader for sometime now and finally decided to start an account.

I have recently acquired a 1998 pre facelift EK9

its one of about 10 in the island. and probably in the best condition. due to import laws we cannot import cars older than 5 years old. So we cant import EK9s anymore. i was lucky to get one of the few remaining ones here and even luckier to get a clean one if not the cleanest of the 10 on the island.

i also own a 2006 dc5 r making 221 whp and a 1994 gt turbo starlet making 320 whp :drive:


love the site. and im especially keen on doing a k20 swap as im just used to the sweet k20 motor :nice:

That interior is insane! how long has it been in Jamaica for? Must be amazing for the car not having to put up with the UK weather lol
 
previous owner changed out the interior recently. he spent alot of money buying up all the stuff. so thats how it looks so good.

its hard to find a 98 civic in jamaica with an untouched never damaged body. let alone ek9. i was just lucky this came up for sale.


it has a stock ls bottom half and ctr head for now. its........ok . needs a k. im spoiled by k series. lol
integra is faster but the civic handles insanely better.

i think it has been in jamaica for about 11 years .

i will take more pics soon. i do photography aswell so they should be good. i ordered a new lip for the bumper as the current one is broken. so when thats on more pics.

i will start a build thread soon. thanks for the kind words. in the mean time dc5r pics
