AS TITLE SAYS ,,, after a 5 day arguement ,multiple phonecalls & 6 faxs between me and 2 insurance compaines i have been givin my full 5 years NCB (no claims bonus) when there were at first only giving me 1 year ,,,
At the end it was all just a misunderstanding between them
Thank god for that because i wouldnt have a prayer when it came to insuring another ek9 in the summer with only the 1 year NCB .
