i would like to get my suspensin set up for track, does anyone have any figures i can guve the tyre place camber toe in toe out well all of it really would be a great help many thanks:nice:

i would recomend running about 2 degree negative camber. not sure on toe however. You should probably have a slight toe in. when you go around a turn this should keep the outside tire fairly level with the pavement. again though. not to sure about the toe.

Toe in or out isn't something standard like a recipe that is. I would recommend toe out in front for better turn in. As for the rear, it mainly depends on your driving stlye. If you are a tail happy person go for toe 0 or slightly toe out.

Beware, most places will fob you off and tell you the rear isn't adjustable.

i run some fairly aggresive settings on my EK9......

front camber -2.5 deg
rear camber -1.5 deg
front toe 1.5mm toe out on each side
rear toe about 4mm toe out each side
front castor set to full etra +ve with SPC arms

feels VERY good, nice and responsive etc. running alot of toe out in attempt to get the rear end to swing out some more although spring rates are 6k front and 3k rear currently, going to be running 12k front and 10k rear though on new setup so will back off the rear toe out a tad then

t is tyre ware rate like then with canber that exessive? i have yokohama prada spec2 front and rear it doses sound like it stick to the road like **** to a blanket lol

tyre wear isn't to bad so far, thats with Hankook RS2's in 205/50/15. i chose the extra width as with that much camber your contact patch is reduced in straight line and running 4 pot spoon brakes with aggressive pads the braking is still brilliant and no locking of the wheels

i run 195/50/15 with rover 620ti calipers 282mm discs adn pads (all standard st the mo)

ill prob give it a try mate it sticks to the road now whats it going to be like like that! lol suck my face off!

how do you know how much the spring rate is? i have D2 coilovers and i wound them right up as the spring was moving in the seat is that a good thing?
