gauge temp/pressure

Just got my SPA dual digi gauges fitted. Automek dne an epic job!

What i need to know is what should each gauge be showing and not exceed or go below?

Oil temp - not exceed 120 degrees?
Oil pressure - not below 16psi?
Water temp - ?
Voltage - ?
Fuel pressure - ?

Depending of the oil you use , outside temperature , speed etc :

Oil temp : normal driving ( city) from 85-105 , spirited 110-120 ... on track i had seen 128-130 degrees celsius ( no oil cooler)
Oil pressure : cold start ~ 6 bar pressure ,
after 60 C oil temp , with normal engine/water temp min 1,3 bar pressure @ idle and min 5.2 bar @ 3000 rpm (From honda service manual ). Sould not exceed 6.1-6.2 bar pressure. If it goes over , the oil pressure switch ( in the oil pump) is not working as is should.
