Fuse box location?

Hi All

My windscreen washers not coming on and don't see washer fuse in box under bonnet, it there another fuse box?

there is a fuse box under the bonnet and another interior one.

right hand side of the steering wheel, the small drop out tray thing for coins and stuff. It pulls out easily and there is a box behind there. However its all in japenese so it might be difficult to know which fuse is which.

Ok found it but all fuses semm to be fine and even got a translation on google to find the right one but its fine so must be the pump i think!
 
does anybody know where the 2 clips go on the coin tray?

just opend mine and it came out in my hand with 2 clips and i cant figure where they go!!
