i only want a basic ful setup that will be safe on a b18c 98 spec integra engine in my 9

You may want to consider the Edelbrock kit then. The full-race kit does not include any fuel management at all.

yes but the boy that is fitting it is making my car the first one in ireland to use one of his full race kits and he said he will throw in a power FC for free along with free labour

was thinking about hondata but not sure

and thinking about cams if im going to the bother.would ek9 cams be better than my dc2 cams?

Pick whichever EMS your tuner can tune, both cams are great, CTR are better but its very minimal...

not the same, CTR has 3 degrees more duration on the intake cam than ITR.
