Yes there's a trumpet on it.
You have to slip it on after the installation.

Yes, the original filter is included. For your information the stock filter that comes with this kit when you buy it brand new is made by K&N, not Mugen.

the mugen filter ive seen for these were conical... perhaps a different version as im no mugen expert...

thanks for the replies everyone, i know k&n make the filter but as blink9900 says i thought it came with conical shaped filter but maybe thats for other models so i may be wrong

so is everything such as trumpet, splash guard, all nuts/bolts etc included as in what VTIspec-r posted ?

Mugen intake does come with K&N funnel. . . K&N regarded as one of the best on the market

just thinking HOW BIG IS THE INLET ON THAT MUGEN BOX ?
