Anyone know how to contact Freaky Parts without waiting ages for a reply? It says on their website to fill out the form and if you add your number they will gladly phone back.....If you have a phone why not put your number up so I can phone you? Alot quicker!
 
i sent freakyparts a pm the other day and got a very fast responce. He was away the weekend so dont know if he has a backlog of mail etc.
 
Ah right cheers for the heads up Ross :) I'll wait and see if I hear anything back today or tomorrow
 
Pretty poor communication from him/them that's for sure! Placed an order on tuesday and haven't had any communication since?!
 
To not even get in touch to say the payment had been received ok and for a rough estimation on delivery time which is the only 2 things I asked questions to and had absolutely nothing back
 
Am in the same boat to mate been 2 weeks now and still no updates in where my parts are have sent number of Pm's and no replies to them :mad::mad::mad:
 
Well he's definately been able to PM folk in the last 2 weeks as i got one from him on monday about a brake set-up then one on tuesday quite happy to take a payment from me and now I've paid I've heard **** all! It's pissin me off to say the least!!
 
What good business doesn't get busy? It doesn't take long to reply to an email or PM to be fair
 
I haven't had this kind of poor service from any of the other vendors on here and I've used 2 or 3 others besides Freaky parts in the year or so I've had my 9 and been a member on here! Pretty disappointing if I'm honest
 
i agree about this i was a bit dissapointed with the service actually especially now as i can't find anywhere else to get pads from for the wilwoods and well he isnt answering me either.

Though the stuff he sells is quality ...
 
Yeh I'll agree the stuff he offers all looks great and all the parts seem to get good reviews.....God only knows how as I'm surprised anyone ever gets things theyve ordered to try them and find out. If I said his communication was useless I'd be being far too generous!
 
Hello guys!
Sorry I've not been around this week, had a hell of a week at work along with getting the race car ready for the last event of the season. Just got back from Croft (got 2x3rds a 2nd and a 1st!) and starting to go through all the emails I've had over the last week.
All orders I've received and had payment for have been ordered from the suppliers, if you've emailed/PM'd me saying something hasn't arrived yet I'll chase the suppliers for an update.
 
Finally an update! Didn't mean to come across as a dick,just get get a bit worried when I part with cash then get no communication for nearly a week! Any idea when I could expect to have the discs I placed an order for last tuesday? Do they go to you from the suppliers before they come to me?
 
Another 4 days on and still no clear answers and still no bloody discs. Was told on the 10th he would chase up supplier....I had to chase HIM up just to see if he'd done anything then I was told he had a tracking number but didn't know what for and he didn't know who was delivering what?!

Can't beleive how poor the service has been compared to using other vendors on the site! Freaky Parts takes the piss!
