Forza 3 Cars


Hmm. Interesting. I like using the EM1 over the DC or EG. To he it feels Luke it has a lot more turn in and grip. No matter what I did to the DC or EG it didn't "feel" the same.
 
best i can manage is a 3.49 in my D class EG

the thing about old down hill is keeping away from the wall and little shortcuts so the time actually stands on the leaderboards

i got 3.45 there now but i scrubbed a few walls and got a wee caution triangle on my time which means its invalid
 
Yeah. Too my understand that's the fastest EM1 on the downhill in C Class. Think its like 20x. Used to he 19x but the scoreboard Celica's slowly start crowding the front.....
I used to love that car too.

Which is funny cause I notice just about all my grip tunes are greared towards mid speeds and small tracks. My tunes do well on small tracks but get walked on anything with a straight that gives power a chance lol.
 
ill be on tonight probably. was trying to a do 1:00 on tsukuba last night in my C dc2 but i just couldnt get it lol
 
I'll have to jump back in the EM1, it was a monster and I did absolutely love it but for some reason I defected to the DC2.

I'll have another go over the weekend. My C class EG is useless though, complete understeering pig.
 
Yeah the EG Understeers quite a bit and if not it lacks a lot of rear grip for me for some reason. Not to mention the Stock Gear Box gear spread sucks ass and it jumps in classes way to fast IMO.

I know, mental speed. I turned on the lines to check I was taking the right lines down the course and went 6 seconds slower. :nono:

Controller. Everything off, including all HUD options, in cockpit view with a manual box.

Definately need a wheel though, might get one for Forza 4.
 
Yeah the Forza line is ok. Not the fastest but I guess it'll preserve the tires for the longer races.

And I use a controller. I refuse to use a wheel w/o H pattern shifted or clutch and there out of my price range lmao.


I'll try and take a snap shot of the time. Just incase someone calls shinanigans.

I have a bunch of C Class setups lol. Maybe ill post those up too and maybe get some insight on battering the tune.
Id like to put a Race Box in all my cars but sometimes it doesn't benefit on the track with how much it jumps the PI. But when I do boy I love them close ratios lol. Most of the time I just do the Sport trans and put the FD at 4.785 ITR or 4.923 M Factory.

Muhaha, I'm on to you bwoi! Grabbed the EM1, lost some power and weight, gained some tyre and dropped 5 seconds. Just managed a 3:44.634 but tapped a rail so I need still need a clean lap!

Yeah. It's not too bad just getting a fast time. But getting a clean one is hard. Even if you catch air right before the second tunnel on that right hand. There goes your clean lap.

What's the specs on your EM1? Aero mods?
