Forged Internal question!

Ok I've searched and searched and searched for the answer of this question. But i want get forged internals for my build+boost project. And I've just been browsing around to get an idea of what parts are compatible for this build. Some specs on the b16b:

Bore: 81 mm (3.2 in)
Stroke: 77.4 mm (3.0 in)
Rod/Stroke ratio: 1.84:1
Rod Length: 142.42 mm (5.6 in)

so my question is if I'm looking at forged internals am I gonna have to get integra internals or b16a internals? thanks in advance

You will need to get custom rods made up for the b16b there longer than b16a rods and shorter than b18c rods. B16a forged pistons can be used in the b16b. Contact Endyn for custom rods The Old One - Energy Dynamics

Any 81mm b series pistons will be fine. Rather than custom rods, it would be easier to use an ITR or B18c4 crank with b18 rods. The engine would then become a 1.8 with much more choice on rods.

get an ITR crank as stoo.c said, some eagle rods 137.9 mm, and wiseco pistons 81 mm bore. these will fit into the b16 and will bcome a b18, and that would be more than awesome

Thats pretty much the setup I run although mine is a B18C6 as opposed to a B16b but same outcome.
