fitting valve stem oil seals??

can you fit valve stem oil seals without removing the cylinder head using compressed air as this can be done in some 16valve engines??

if u have a compression tester, modify the bit that screws into the head, i did it and it works great.... cheaper too

i have the tool to preasurise the cylinder but i want to know will the rocker rods on the b16b come out the whole way without hitting the left inner wing as these are behind the camshaft pulleys or when the distributor and vtec solinoid are removed will they come out the other direction over the gear box?? i trying to do this job without removing the cylinder head if possible.
