first time forum, civic turbo


welcome to the site . i was the same when i joined as this is my first forum to be a member on . u will click on quickly and find this forum very usefull .
 
yes those sleeves are too thin! what boost is the car running? i would be afraid to boost it on those thin sleeves.
 
its just standard block with je low comp pistons, eagle h beam rods and arp's, u think i should change the sleeves?? not sure how must boost its running because it needs set up. v tec doesnt kick in either so i disconected it from solinoid plug and its fine? any ideas guys?
 
i built it mate. was advised wat to do by performance centres, they said about pistons, not the sleeves. whats my best option?
 
Definitely not a block guard!! Y was it for sale then if you built it for your own?
 
cos i fancied a change. any1 wouldnt no the best place to fit the catch tank hoses to??

2 ports on the back of the block to the catchcan with a third line underneath the can that T's back into either hose to serve as a drain back, the can must be vented as well.
 
cheers blinx. are you the moderator here?? u wouldnt have pictures of how to fit the catch can, would make it a great help mate :)
