Well, it would seem my luck with cars hasn't changed. After 2 cars stolen and 5 accidents (none my fault) I've added one more tragedy to my list of misfortune, my freshly imported (to the US) EK9. I've had it for a few months and just got it registered the day this happened.

I'll be back with more pics after it's all shiny and refurbished courtesy of some womans insurance company, since she felt like a stop sign didn't apply to her...

Dude r u freggin serious? NOT YOUR FAULT! R u shating me? have u ever hear of the old addage, "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!" if i were u i would just quit driving all together and start walking. i mean seriously they cant all NOT b your fault.
 
Damn, hope youre ok, you live in the USA? if yes WOW! your car is not registered and you had an accident, what did the cops said? :nerv:
 
sorry to hear that bro, what part of usa you in? how much did it cost you to import/register the car? was it difficult process?

Being involved into 5 accidents and no one was you fault is not easy to believe dude :angry: Are you sure you weren't the cause of at least one accident? Perhaps you should start thinking getting a bicycle or motorbike but if you drive careless and you get hit again then things would be more serious so better get a helicopter or something :D
 
you guys are mean, some people just have bad luck. 5 is rather questionable though... hopefully he's exaggerating...

Sadly I can assure you that I'm not exaggerating or lying when it comes to my constant tragic luck.

1. Turbo Del Sol - Hit and run, had to go to body shop

2. Turbo Del Sol - Rear ended, had to go to body shop

3. Turbo Del Sol - Stolen

4. EK4 - Someone 'didn't see a red light' and smashed passenger side, had to go to body shop.

5. EK4 - Hit and Run in a parking lot the day it was fixed by the body shop.

6. EK4 - Rear ended

7. EK4 - the day it was schedueld to go into the body shop, Stolen.

This may be then end of my reign of terror regarding the land of rising sun, but I hope it doesn't turn out like that.

And I was actually considering a 50cc scooter since I live downtown, but then I realized if I was driving one of those, I'd be dead by now.

haha dude you may I ask where you live. NY NJ cause they all drive reckless.. I have 2 cars which i take pride and joy in and when I drive i drive for EVERYONE. My eyes are everywhere so If i see someone approaching a stop sign and not stopping Ill stop and avoid an accident. People run reds all the time but when u get near the intersection..make sure everyones stopped. Maybe you have to drive a lil more careful because insurance companies dont like so many accidents AND it saves you a lot of hassle in body shops.
 
unlucky with this mate but let's hope the bodyshop does a good job and you can finally enjoy it! truly gutted for you :(
