Well went out today to give the 9 a good clean since the weather's been fine and this is the sight I go out to!!

****ing bastards! Gutted is an understatement!

Called the police to report the incident and was asked when I was free for them to come round and when I said I would be in all day I was answered with "It probably won't be today,it will more likely be over the course of the next few days".....what bloody use is that to me?! No wonder I hate police! Must be too busy filling out paperwork for all the drunks last night issuing £30 fines for pissing in the street,unbeleivable!!

Feel your pain, happened to my Pulsar when I had it as well, just jealousy mate. The police were also useless with my case, came out 2 days later, spent like 2-3 mins dusting for prints then said sorry cant find anything... case closed.

Nah nothing's been stolen which is the weird thing. As you can see my mum's car was parked right next to it and further to the right there's the family runaround which also wasn't touched. My street only has one way in and one way out aswell and my house is the furthest round in an L shape. It's about 200 meters to get in and round to my car and back out again. Theres been a few house break ins and cars stolen round my way recently,performance and young folk's modified cars but can't say it's down to that or not
 
Are you sure its actually been broken by would be thiefs, i saw on civiclife a guys rear window broke like this due to age and heat. Especially with the weather we have had.

Im nit saying this is defo the cause, but its always an option. Might answer why theres alot of glass on the floor and why nothing was taken.

I'm no Poirot but going by the size of the brick in the back footwell I'd say it was a bigger contributor to the broken glass than the heat

Does anyone know if a replacement widow would have to come from Japan,and roughly how much? Or would it be cheaper buying a second hand ek9 bootlid and getting it sprayed?
 
Every car enthusiast's nightmare :(( hassle thats not needed

Just had his car keyed. Horrible
Thing is that you'll probably not find the scum that did it.
I could never touch someone's car no matter how
Much I hated them. Just not right!!
 
Feel bad for you man , can guarantee whatever scumbags did it won't ever have a car as nice as yours tough !
 
Cheers for the kind words guys! Yeh it will be some **** that has no appreciation of the cost of repairing cars. Going to keep my ears and eyes open though,things like this round my way have a habbit of getting out and I pray to god they do this time too!

This really blows man!! Seems to me more of a hate act than anything else. About the window you could get a simple ek one and have 3M or similar tint film on it.
 
Yeh thats true! Would rather it was all original but if the price is going to be too much then I might have to go for that option

Nah mate,been spending all my cash on my car and all my time in the gym so duno what this incident is about at all! Must be someone who knows where I live or has seen me going to my house etc. Any further out of town and your into fields.

Yeh the cops are useless bastards,I hate them!
 
Next few days is bloody ridiculous, they need to see it as it is but naturally you will want to clean the mess and get a new rear window so the evidence will be gone.
