Well I finally spoke to the boss,


After being called a little ****, being told the exhaust matches the quality of the rest of my build and laughed at when I said £400 is alot of money. (it is when iv paid for something that is no good really)


I got given two options, drive the car 170 miles back to the garage, leave it there for 2-3 days and have them fix it, covering my own petrol costs, or send the system back, on return to them have a 50% refund..

Don't let up keep on pushing for a full refund or you'll take them to trading standards. Don't let him bully you in to a laughable 50% refund.

Huge thanks to everyone that has replied in this thread, massive help from the lot of you!

The owner of the company is not having it any other way, will only do the two options said.

I'm not taking the car back to them, no chance.

And the 50% refund and give the exhaust back really isn't good enough.

He seems to think there is nothing wrong with it, too this I said take it back, I'll have a full refund and if it's so good in his eyes, use it on their own kswap dc2...turns out that's not an option either, so the company don't even want to use there product!
