Exhaust manifold question

Make sure you use race weight (curb + driver + fuel). 102 MPH is good BTW.

OK 2447lb so my standard B16a is 185hp??? lol

Yea people keep telling me that. Was on street tyres aswell.

Assuming the weight is correct. but that is a lot of fuel, is this a transport jet?

A type R USDM at 2850 to 2925 lbs race weight has a trap about 95 to 96 MPH, to get a Type R into the 102 MPH trap takes about 220 HP. That is about right right around 200 wheel HP, ITRs and lighter Integras are capable of high 13s and above 100 MPH on street type or drag radials. Hot hatch has been popular here as they are very cheap and light and can seat 4 to 5 in a pinch while the CRXs are two seaters here (Japan they are 4 seats if you can consider the rear seats on JDM CRXs seats).

Note, I don't claim anything. A B series with a 102 trap speed is impressive, even one with heavy mods...

A 102 trap speed is what a 2010 GT V8 manual Mustang can do:

Sorry typo 2447
I know just kidding ya.

Still dunno, B16a with a good header, filter, bump timing or tune, assuming this is a JDM spec unit that started at 170, I could see 180ish maybe the car is a tad lighter than indicated.. I race and mod B18 and B20 so I don't know how well the B16a JDM spec responds. I do know that most Civics have a poor air cleaner, so that alone may give a huge gain. My spec R has a 70mm flow path and their is a noticible gain with it over the GSR intake setup, more noticable than going to a full JDM spec exhaust, and the GSR has a much better intake IMO vs the Civic.

Nope was still running all standard EG6 b16a intake and airbox. Only mods i had were a supersprint 4-2-1 header, decat, a 57mm system and spoon N1 back box. No change to timing or tuning. I got it weighed with me in and it cam out just above 1100kg but that was with no fuel (light on).

anybody have the ID for the UKDM header? Also note I edit my post as I now understand ALL have 2" OD at the entrance to the rear muffler.
