Exhaust Manifold for my build

Now before I get shot down :please: Help, I cant seem to find the right info on exhausts.
My build is on its way ;
Standard B16a Head
B20 bottom end
High comp pistons, compression bumped up to about 10

I am looking for a good exhaust header (4-2-1) style
What I need to know is the correct size to use, this is my daily driver so its not going to be raced all the time. A few guys did say the dimensions of the ITR exhaust is also a good idea, please let me know what you guys think. All comments welcome

Any tri-Y header will do you good Hytech,Toda n Smsp are some really good header.. Can buy knock off header from eBay for cheap which have bad clearance but get the job done

Are you planning on upgrading the cams in the future ? If so i'd go with a tri y with a 3" exit and upgrade the whole exhaust to 3". You get a **** load of torque from it. It will be well worth the cash on a b20.
 
@Tegiwa Do u have a look for what you offer ? Cant find much on the site in ur sig.
@ Rich dont think so, may just upgrade to the ctr cams later on. I honestly prefer the 4-2-1 system, but like I said, still deciding on sizes for the exhaust manifold and down pipe.
Would love to know what other guys think as well, so please feel free to post comments.

Wow you from South Africa ? What is the tuning scene like out there ? I never though people would be into it.. It shows how blind i am lol...
 
Yeah, but unfortunatley we dont get the cream of the crop when it comes to vehicles :-( and aftermarket stuff is very expensive, it be much cheaper to go abroad and get it and come back lol
 
hey bud how much are you planning on spending. idont know if you know Jx from JDMTUNING but he sells 4-2-1 TODA Ver2 reps that are excellent quality. alot of the guys up in JHB use them especially on their high comp B20 builds... let me know i can hook you up.

i currently have a mugen rep from ebay i think (bought it from a friend who got it from his friend in the US) and i have clearance issues so im going to be modifyin it into a 4-2-1 sometime, or may just leave it in the hope that the B18C-R motor i buy end year has a decent header...
 
Howsit Skar, whar does he sell the toda reps for ? Was also thinking of taking a spec to doug wallace and see what happens. You going to the hookup Fri nyt at Steers ?

im not sure i think he sells them for 2.5k, ill speak to him and let you know.
i might be there but i doubt it, the cops raided that place a week or two back, as well as the total @ gateway and Petroport. i dont if my mirrors will be ready and on the car by today either.
if you going, just be careful bru, Night Riders are ruthless, they got no skaam in taking your car away imediately.
 
hey buddy, get in contact with Viper Exhausts, they are the manufacturers, they can give you a price on the the header. i emailed them now as well, but i dont knw if the durban branch suppplies, althought JHB does and its easy enough to get one here.
 
no bru up in JHB they make the TODA 4-2-1 Ver2 rep.i know cos many peple i know have bought one and jakes from JDM tuning himself bought one.. did youcheck with viper in durbs or what?

ill try find out more for you but whats your price range man? these things go for like 2.5k(getting it to durbs would prob be another 200)
