I guess they are so inferior they are holding there money better than s2ks are :secret:
Stock vs stock the ek9 is so much more raw and involving, but personal opinion I guess :)
I know plenty of people that have gone from dc2 to s2k and instantly regretted it.
They are also terrible for kids in the back :]

Maybe go drive one and see where I'm coming from :)
 
i did drive an ek9 and i preferred my old dc2 tbh

ek9s are holding their prices because they are unrealistically priced, someone sees one up for 6k so they think theirs is worth that also

i could go on, but i dont want to upset everyone cause afterall, its a ek9 forum
 
^ he's had a dc2.
I've had an s2000 but was stock so not really fair to compare it against my 9.
I do get masses of fun out of my ek9 mainly because I get to say "because racecar" a lot lol
The real test will be once on track.

Fair enough.
Nice ones change hands for £5k+ so meh.
K20 in an ek9 would ruin an s2k round a track,
And even with £5k spent the s2k wouldn't keep up.

Personal preference we shall leave it at that :)
 
^ I wouldn't be so sure about k20 ek being faster round track. Would certainly even it up a lot more though.
5k in an s2k will get you supercharger or turbo conversions at like 350+hp
 
the only real comparison is stock vs stock, when it comes to throwing money at a car it really comes down to how big your wallet is

one thing the the s2000 will always win is rwd and weight distribution
 
^ you are right. I can only give my experience with a modded ek9 against stock s2k so not really fair to the s2k
When I get on brands again I'll do a side by side lap video of the two cars to compare which is best and where
 
oh i forgot the ek9 would waste a s2000, it does 0-60 in 5.7 seconds dont they :secret::nice:
 
If your focusing on 0-60 times you really are in the wrong game here, that's completely not what an ek9 is about! :)
But good luck all the same finding one eh
