Hi, I have a wierd churping noise like a bird in the morning lol at idle,
Anyway it only goes away when you pressed the clutch pedal slightly, not all the way down just pressed slightly.

The noise is there 85% of the time at idle but it sometimes goes away, can anyone help me.

Thrust bearing bud either get one seperate or get a new clutch ;)

Is the thrust bearing something that needs changing asap, the noise is not affecting the performance or handling, and the clutch is fine a bit stiff but fine.
Will this noise damage anything, if not going to harm anything do you think I might aswell leave till the time comes for a new clutch or is it recommended to be changed.

No won't do any harm have seen them make noise in some cars for years without causing any problem

Like vtec6000 said it should be fine just keep an eye on it to see if/when it gets louder, the worst can happen is it will bend the thrust bearing fork a knacker the clutch and nose cone not very expensive parts

Done a bit of research on the forum and when the noise occurs its goes away when I squeeze the rubber boot on the front of the gearbox
I got it greased and the noise is still there so I presume a thrust bearing or clutch will cure it or is there anything I could try.

That's probably because your putting enough pressure on it topress the bearing against the pressure plate to stop it squeaking, if you can get a vid of it it will help alot ;)
