ok so im at the point where i feel i can swap a engine into my car the only problem is im only counting on 4,000 g's and i have the feeling that im defenately not going to have enough for a k20 but i still think the b16 is a easyer swap than a b18 and i feel like the b16 is better what do you guys think!? i want to achive 200 ponies what would be the best engine for me ?:nice:

B18 swap is no harder than doing a b16 swap... The b18c would seem the best choice as your looking to reach 200bhp and there in around that figure straight from factory...

thanks mate will look in to that what would you say from a b20 ? is it mutch more harder than a b18 and are the expenses greater ??

AFAIK its cheaper to build a b20 vtec than buy a b18c engine... If you like revving then the b18c will be the better choice however if you like good torque then b20 may suit you better

4k will get you no where near a finished K swap. They typically end up between 7500-9,000.

The B16 will cost way too much to get to 200hp.

Your best choice would be a B18c, and it is no harder than installing a B16.
