I need a windscreen for my ek9 I heard the glass in thinner than normal

I heard the glass is green tinted on the ek9s and is lighter. Not sure I belive the lighter comments personally but I have a broken ek9 screen I can weigh if somebody has a stock one?

Yes, it's greenish tinted by both manufacturers, but it's listed with the same part number as ek3 and ek4.
 
You could, but make sure they get you a decent replacement. I don't think they will get you ap tech or asahi, probably chinese aftermarket. I'm sure they have European manufacturers like Pilkington, so get those instead.

Just this minute got my screen replaced by autoglass.
Personally I couldn't care what screen is in the car so I'm happy to have whatever screen they supplied.
I'll have a read at the stamp in abit.
