Sounds healthy, but on the streets:angry:there is a time and place for everything and that was not one of them.
 
makes me hate my car every time i see videos like that. bit stupid in day time though

I think the same. Just for fun.

One thing is double clutch, another very different is double "rev" like in the video (that it isn't necessary in this case).

Anyway, the engine sounds and goes very very well. I like it a lot.
 
Car sounding nice, is it yours Chesh? - If so will have to meet up and take a closer look!!

hey guys this is my old ek9, sold it back in jan this year. it has a b18c with a s80 box, valve springs and retainers mugen manifold and a skunk2 mega power exhaust. the shifting down i admit is ashamful but it was jus for the video aint got my heal and toe perfect. the car is now owned by dave from monster unit and its now running of itb"s. dave has done a really good job. check out a few of monster untis videos. the scott"s have some of the nicest hondas

What else was done to it dude i.e. cams? Really did seem to shift

mph? JDM EK9 type r clusters has KM?.....do you guys have MPH on your ek9 gauge cluster in UK? :confused:

Head work on my car was standard apart from valve springs and retainers and a spoon head gasket. Never had cams fitted it was totally standard. The clocks on ek9's in the uk get converted to mph. Had a dyno done on the car not long after this video was taken. 210bhp @ fly 177.3bhp @ wheels

So was just a stock b18c bar, valve springs,retainers spoon HG and the obvious bolt ons i.e. I H E??
Impressive man:nice: what was done to the cupra and what power was it pushing out?
