i love the look of the rear diffusers I had one on my old evo 9, the question i want to know is does it really make that big a difference?would be good to know the difference it makes if it does
Vince you still rocking that litle 1.4i badge on your EK, Lmao
Is a nice mod! I still think you should have re-routed the exhaust instead of cutting a massive slice out of the diffuser, Get that exhaust up and out the way
Looks good on track!!!
It's not going to make much difference at all on our car's. Definitely form over function. At the most they may guide air away from the area behind the rear bumper, reducing the air brake effect a little.
The main job of the diffuser though is to increase the velocity of the air leaving the car, which reduces underside pressure and results in downforce. To do that though you'd have to tray the whole underside so it's completely flat. I don't know what else they do with the fully built s2000's and the like that run them, maybe there's some function somewhere? Just can't see it with the limited knowledge I have.
One thing i do know, they look sick!
You got balls man , i would not go cutting at that , you must of checked it like 20 times before cutting lol
Of course .
....but I want my JDM tilt + angle . I'm having a whole new system made on Thursday so hopefully things will all sit a bit nicer!
